Classical music concert in the Mirror Hall of the New Chateau (performed by leading Czech performers)

Unique tours of the chateau exposition “The Life in the Biedermeier” with František Kinský, the owner of the venue, the administrator of the family property and the mayor of Kostelec nad Orlicí are of great interest. A descendant of one of the oldest Czech aristocratic families and a charismatic storyteller of popular documentary series ‘Modrá Krev’ by director Alena Činčerová, presents us with the interesting facts about the life of the Kostelec branch of the Kinský family of Wchinitz and Tettau, which owned this Empire chateau since 1833. In 1992 it was restituted by Josef Kinský (father of the current owner František Kinský). After extensive reconstruction, the family residence was opened to the public.
